NORMAN, Okla.- The Wichita State women's golf team finished play at the Susie Maxwell Berning Invite hosted by the University of Oklahoma on Monday, April 9. The tournament was held at the Jimmy Austin Golf Club where 18 teams participated. The Shockers finished in the tournament in 17th with a 933 (312-306-315).

Senior Nicole Lloyd led WSU, finishing in 51st place with a 228 (78-75-75). Senior Catalina Guacaneme finished with a 233 (79-75-79) and tied for 64th.

Sophomore Megan Bartlett posted a final score of 235 (77-78-80) and tied for 72nd. Junior Jamie Raines tied for 89th with a 241 (78-82-81), while sophomore Krista Hrdlicka tied for 92nd and was behind one stroke with a 242 (83-78-81). Sophomore Ashley Parker played as an individual and finished in 107th with a 258 (84-88-86).

The Shockers will now prepare for the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament in Peoria, Ill. hosted by Bradley on April 15-17.
