Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is located at the bottom of section E and to the right of section B1. There are two wheelchair accessible ramps for entry to both sections.
 
Alcoholic Beverages
It is prohibited to bring alcohol into Wichita State athletic facilities. Violators will be subject to ejection and university disciplinary action. 
 
Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at bars and concession stands inside each facility. Alcohol is not permitted to leave stadium grounds.
 
Sales are subject to the following policies and procedures:
  • All consumers must be 21 and will be required to show a valid driver’s license at time of purchase.
  • Two drink limit, per person, per purchase
  • WSU-ICAA and Premier Foods reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be impaired
  • Sales will end at the end of the 5th inning
  • Alcoholic beverages must be consumed or discarded prior to leaving the athletic facility
  • Anyone under the age of 21 who is observed in possession and/or consuming alcohol will be ejected and subject to university disciplinary action
ATM
The closest ATM to Wilkins stadium is located southeast of the stadium at the Campus Credit Union.
 
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing tables are available inside the men’s and women’s restrooms.
 
Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are hand-held (no sticks), can be stored beneath seat, and do not block view of other patrons. Signs may not be larger than 24” x 36” and must be collapsible. Any banner or sign containing profanity or objectionable material will be disallowed.
 
Cameras
Video cameras or professional cameras are prohibited in Wilkins Stadium. Small still cameras are permitted, as long as they are carried or in a bag measuring 5.5” x 7.5” or less. The bag and small still camera are subject to inspection. Small still cameras are considered any camera that is smaller than 4″ in length and width. Tripods, monopods and cameras with detachable or interchangeable lenses are not permitted. Camera bags must abide by the Clear Bag Policy.

Clear Bag Policy
Wichita State athletics strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bag to events at all WSU athletic facilities. Refer to the Clear Bag page for a complete list of guidelines.
 
Concessions
Concessions are operated by Premier Food Services and are located behind home plate. Fans are not permitted to bring food or beverages into Wilkins Stadium.

Credit Cards/Checks
American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover are honored at the ticket office and the Souvenir Shop. Checks are accepted with a valid Driver’s License.
 
Disabled Parking
Limited parking for the disabled is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lots surrounding the stadium.
 
Disabled Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is located on the first base side for $8.  There is a limit of 1 companion seat per sale.
 
Ejection
WSU Athletics reserves the right to eject any person whose behavior is in violation of the fan code of conduct, policies, procedures or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected from the patron without refund and they will be escorted from the stadium. 

Emergencies
In the case of an emergency please find the closest event staff or emergency personnel. Emergency calls must be placed through WSU Police at (316) 978-3450, or by dialing 911. If available, please give the seat location to the police.
 
Fan Code of Conduct
Wichita State University desires to provide an atmosphere conducive to enjoying Shocker Softball games. Consequently, we ask that you refrain from the following:
• Interfering with the progress of the game.
• Smoking.
• Foul, obscene or abusive language/actions.
• Fighting, unruly or inconsiderate behavior.
• Conduct that endangers you, other fans or participants.
 
First Aid
Persons requiring first aid or emergency assistance should contact an event staff member, WSU police officer or WSU athletics personnel.

Foul Balls
Fans are encouraged to be aware of foul balls while inside and around the stadium.  Anyone injured by a foul ball should contact event staff member, WSU police officer or WSU athletics personnel.

Gates Open
Stadium gates open 1 hours prior to game time, entrance is located south of the stadium.

Grills
Gas/propane grills are permitted for use for Outfield deck ticket holders unless deemed unsafe due to high winds or if there is a burn ban in effect. Charcoal grills are prohibited at all times.
 
Group Sales
Group ticket discounts are available through advance reservations only. Call (316) 978- 5564 for more information.
 
Lost/Stolen Tickets
Once received, season tickets which are lost, destroyed, mutilated, or stolen can be replaced for $25 per ticket. If individual game tickets are simply lost, left at home, or mutilated there is a non-refundable $2.00 reprint fee per ticket.
 
Lost and Found
Report or deliver lost/found items to a WSU police officer or the WSU ticket office. Please contact event office at (316) 978-7592 to check the status of lost items.
 
Lost Children/Parents
In the event your child is lost, IMMEDIATELY notify a member of the event staff, an athletic department official, or a uniformed police officer. All lost children should be escorted to the nearest campus or athletic department official. Parents of lost children should follow the same procedure. 

Metal Detectors
Events with projected attendance over 5,000 will utilize metal detectors.  Conceal carry for those events would be prohibited.  WSU-ICAA reserves the right to use metal detectors at any event.
 
Merchandise
Merchandise is not available for purchase inside of Wilkins Stadium.

Non-Smoking Policy
Wichita State is a tobacco free campus as of July 1, 2017.  Smoking, including e-cigs and electronic cigarettes, and any tobacco use is not allowed inside or outside Wilkins Stadium.
 
Outfield Seating 
Outfield is accessible to any ticket holder. Re-Entry is not allowed anywhere in Wilkins Stadium. 
 
All patrons, regardless of age, must present a valid ID and be wrist banded to participate in consumption of alcohol in the outfield. Underage drinking will be subject to arrest and citation. Alcohol is not permitted to leave the stadium grounds.
 
Fans are not allowed to sell, collect money for or accept donations for any food or beverages while inside Wilkins Stadium or at Outfield Seating. 
 
Alcohol: The following must stay in the outfield grounds
  • Beer, Seltzers and Wine are permitted in non-glass containers.
  • All beverages must be in sealed containers.
  • All beverages must be consumed in original containers.
  • Beer, Seltzers and Wine must fit into and be inside a 20-quart cooler.
    • Limit 1 cooler per person of legal drinking age. (valid ID required)
Prohibited
  • Personal or insulated cups. (ex. solo cups, souvenir cups, insulated cups, flasks, etc.)
  • Glass containers.
  • Liquor, Liquor brand mixes, and cocktails.
  • Unsealed, opened or fountain style beverages.
  • Skateboards, scooters, razors, hover boards, bicycles
  • Bats, full-sized brooms, sticks or rods (except small souvenir bats)
  • Coolers larger than 20 quarts
  • Weapons – firearms (non-conceal carry unless metal detectors used), knives, razor blades, pepper spray, tasers, brass knuckles, cat keys, etc.
  • Noisemakers, Laser pointers, projectiles, etc.
  • Drones, flash/professional photography, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.
  • Large/Golf umbrellas (non-retractable)
  • Strollers, infant car seats, and/or baby carriers
  • Live animals (unless service animal)
  • Charcoal grills
  • Wichita State Athletics reserves the right to prohibit any other items deemed inappropriate by security.

Opened alcohol is not permitted to leave stadium grounds. Alcoholic beverages purchased from the concession stands in the stadium may not be brought into the Outfield Seating area.
 
Coolers: All coolers will be checked upon entry in to outfield seating. One 20-quart cooler per person is allowed to be brought in. All Beer, Seltzers and Wine must fit into and be inside of a 20-quart cooler. If carrying permitted alcoholic beverages, carrier must be of legal drinking age and present valid ID each and every game attended. Coolers must remain in the outfield grounds. No coolers may be brought in later than one hour after first pitch.
 
Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages:  Fans are permitted to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages in to the outfield seating area, but only through the gate just outside of the outfield gate. If it is being brought in a cooler, the cooler cannot be larger than 20 quarts. All food and beverages brought onto Coleman Hill must remain on the Hill and cannot be brought into the main stadium. All beverages brought in must be unopened and sealed containers and must remain in those containers (no convenient store/fast-food drinks or insulated cups/personal cups). 

Outside Seating Guidelines
Guests must be 21 to drink alcohol in the outfield. All guests who wish to drink must have their ID checked and will be wrist banded. Those persons who drink without being wrist banded will face ejection and possible citation or arrest. Guests must present a valid ID and have proper credentials to participate in consumption of alcohol. Guests may be asked to provide identification and proof of age at any time by WSU Athletics and/or WSU police. All guests, regardless of age, who wish to consume alcohol, are required to provide a valid ID each and every game they wish to consume alcohol.
  • At all times, the service and consumption of alcohol must be in compliance with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, the Kansas Liquor Control Act, as well as all WSU and ICAA policies and procedures related to the service and consumption of alcohol. Guests much also comply with all instructions and direction given by ICAA and/or WSU staff. Guests who are not in compliance with all applicable laws will be subject to ejection, arrest, and citation.
  • No coolers can be brought in later than 1 hour after first-pitch.
  • Only Beer, Wine, and Seltzer are permitted. All beverages must be consumed in their original container.
  • Liquor, liquor branded and/or mixes/cocktails are not permitted.
  • Glass bottles are not allowed in the outfield. 
  • One 20-quart (reasonable size) cooler per person is allowed to be brought into the outfield. All alcohol must fit within the 20-quart cooler.
  • All coolers are subject to search. Coolers containing alcohol may only be brought in by individuals 21 years of age, or older.
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into Coleman Hill, those items must remain on Coleman Hill and may not enter Eck Stadium proper.
  • All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages brought into the outfield must be in a sealed container.  Unsealed containers will not be permitted.
  • Charcoal grills are NOT allowed inside or outside Wilkins Stadium.  Gas grills are allowed inside unless the local fire department has issued a burn ban or due to winds.
  • Re-Entry is not allowed anywhere in Wilkins Stadium.  Guests wishing to leave Wilkins Stadium must buy another ticket to enter Wilkins Stadium. No pass outs/re-entry, with exception of designated quantity per RV.
  • Alcohol is for personal consumption only. Fans are prohibited from selling, collecting money for, or accepting donations for any food or beverages, including but not limited to alcohol, while inside Wilkins Stadium or in the outfield. WSU, ICAA, and WSU police will determine whether quantities are in excess of amounts for personal consumption.
  • Alcohol is not permitted to leave Wilkins Stadium grounds. Alcohol cannot be brought into any WSU and/or ICAA facility, except in accordance with these rules.
  • Alcoholic beverages cannot be left unattended for any reason.
  • Drinking games and/or devices intended to increase the consumption rate or rate of inebriation are prohibited.
  • All food and beverages brought in to the outfield must remain in the outfield and cannot be brought into the main stadium.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased in Wilkins Stadium may not be brought into the outfield. 
Conduct
The NCAA, American Athletic Conference and Wichita State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition. Wichita State desires to provide an atmosphere conducive to enjoying Shocker events. Consequently, we ask that you refrain from the following:
  • Interfering with the progress of the game
  • No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and all other related devices on university property.
  • Foul, obscene or abusive language or actions 
  • Fighting, unruly or inconsiderate behavior
  • Conduct that endangers fans or participants.
  • Intoxication
  • Wichita State Athletics reserves the right to eject any person whose behavior is in violation of the fan coded of conduct, policies, procedures or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected from the patron without refund, and they will be escorted from the arena.
  • Patrons are encouraged to communicate with Guest Services regarding unruly guests, seating issues, or requests for clean-up. 
Parking
Parking is available in lots surrounding the stadium.  Fans are reminded that there is a risk of foul balls and vehicular damage in lots that surround the stadium. Wichita State Athletics is not responsible for damage caused by foul balls.
 
Pass Gate
The pass gate is located at the Main Gate south of the stadium.

Prohibited Items:  The following items are prohibited from entering Wilkins Stadium:
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Outside food and drink
  • Bags exceeding 5.5" x 7.5" (Purses, Diaper Bags, Backpacks, Duffle Bags, etc.)
  • Weapons – firearms, knives, razor blades, pepper spray, tasers, brass knuckles, cat keys, etc.
  • Noisemakers – air horns, bells, megaphones, whistles, etc.
  • Laser pointers
  • Flash/professional photography, detachable lenses, monopods, tripods
  • Selfie sticks
  • Live animals (except service animals)
  • Large/Golf umbrellas (non-retractable)
  • Strollers, infant car seats, and/or baby carriers
  • Seat Cushions larger than 14” x 14” x 6”
  • Computers and tablets larger than 14” x 14” x 6”
  • Wichita State reserves the right to prohibit any other items deemed inappropriate by security.
If an item is revealed during a search, patron may dispose of the item or return it to their vehicle. Wichita State staff reserves the right to prohibit any items they deem inappropriate. 
 
Re-Entry
Wilkins Stadium has a NO RE-ENTRY POLICY. Guests who leave the stadium will NOT be permitted to re-enter without an unscanned game ticket.
 
Resale of Game Tickets
Patrons may not re-sell tickets at any price on stadium grounds.
 
Restrooms
Restrooms are located behind home plate.

Security
  • Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to security, event staff, or police officer immediately.                                                          
  • Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the arena or the teams may be ejected from the facility.
  • Ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or person using the tickets.
  •  Spectators are reminded that they are prohibited from entering onto the field before, during, and after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
  • You and your belongings may be searched upon entering the facility.
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Wilkins Stadium with the exception of service animals and/or service animals in-training. For guests with disabilities, service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals shall rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or WSU Athletics employees, may be asked to escort the animal off of the premises.

According to Kansas State Law, emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals do not have rights under the ADA and are prohibited entrance into any WSU Athletics’ facilities.

Smoking / Tobacco-Free Policy
Wichita State is a tobacco free campus. No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah or other water pipe devices will not be allowed for use on university property.

TailgatingTailgating is not permitted in university lots without permission from Wichita State Athletics.
 
Tickets
General Information: Anyone age three (3) and over must possess a valid ticket for entry into Wilkins Stadium. The Athletics Ticket Office located in Charles Koch Arena is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ticket office at Wilkins Stadium will be open at the time that gates open 1 hour prior to the event. Wichita State Athletics official secondary ticket partner is SeatGeek. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Wichita State Athletics Ticket Office. (i.e. Stub Hub, Ticket Master, etc.)

Advanced tickets: Can be purchased by calling (316) 978-FANS. Game-day tickets can be purchased 1 hour prior to game time through the fifth inning of the game at Wilkins Stadium.
 
Away Game Tickets: As a visiting team, Wichita State receives only a small allotment of tickets. Please contact the host institution ticket office for ticket availability.
 
General Admission: All grandstand seating is General Admission. Excludes the Outfield Decks.
 
Group Sales: Group discounts are available for tickets to many Shocker events. Call (316) 978-5580 for more information.

Scalping / Resale of Game Tickets: The reselling of tickets (at any price) is NOT permitted on campus grounds. 

Student Tickets:  WSU student tickets can be picked up at the Wilkins Stadium ticket office at the time of the event, or when gates open.  WSU students attending a softball game will be admitted through the main gate by presenting their valid Shocker ID, along with a valid student ticket.
 
Lost/Stolen Tickets:  Full-season tickets which are lost, destroyed, or stolen can be replaced for $25 per seat. If individual game tickets are simply lost, left at home, or damaged, there is a non-refundable $2.00 reprint fee per ticket.
 
All sales are FINAL.
