A series on newcomers to the men's and women's basketball teams continues with additions to the men's teams.
 
Wichita State basketball newcomers Clarence Jackson, Craig Porter Jr., and Alterique Gilbert talk about their adjustment to the new program, flipping tractor tires to keep in shape, Gilbert's experience as a make-you-miss running back, best shooters on the team and favorite TV shows.
 
Jackson on his favorite NBA player:
 
"I would say LeBron James, growing up watching him dominate. Now he's getting older, so I'm shifting toward Jimmy Butler of the Miami Heat."
 
Porter on the best passing Shocker:
 
"Alterique. He plays the game at his own pace, he controls everything. You can't speed him up. Everything falls in line."
 
Gilbert on which Hogwarts house he might get sorted into:
 
"I really got into the Harry Potter series. You might have to go back and watch it again to pick up some more things, so that was interesting to me. I like Gryffindor, that's the one Harry was in. Slytherin, I don't like Slytherin."
