WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State track and field program wrapped up day three of the Herm Wilson Invitational presented by Beynon Sports Surfaces with 12 event winners, Saturday evening at Cessna Stadium.

The Shockers won nine individual events and three relay races to complete day three of the Herm Wilson Invitational. Wichita State also recorded six Shocker all-time top-10 marks.

Individual event winners include,
Mason Buckmaster (high jump, 1.98m/6-6),
Alesa Frey (pole vault, 3.78m/12-4.75),
Aaron True (javelin, 70.56m/231-6),
Rayvon Allen (long jump, 7.63m/25-0.5),
Tianna Holmes (400m, 55.33),
Amiya Anoma (triple jump, 12.61m/41-4.5),
Austin Corley (400m hurdles, 51.51),
Taniyah McMillian (200m, 24.21) and
Kaden Griffin (triple jump, 14.26m/41-4.5).

Wichita State won the men's 4x100m (41.52) relay and the women's 4x100m (45.71) and 4x400m (3:58.69) relays.

Holmes, Anoma and McMillian each recorded Shocker all-time top-10 marks, while winning their respective events. Holmes' 400m time of 55.33 equals her personal best and is No. 8 all-time, Anoma's triple jump mark of 12.61m/41-4.5 is No. 8 as well and McMillian's 200m time of 24.21 equals the 10th fastest in school history.

Jacque Darby and McMillian each contributed on the women's 4x100m relay winning team, their time of 45.71 is No. 8 all-time.

Other Shockers setting Wichita State all-time top-10 marks include,
Kelsey Slawson finishing fourth in the discus with the sixth farthest throw in school history of 49.13m/161-2 and
Amanda Kakoulias finishing fifth in the shot put with the ninth farthest mark in Shocker history of 14.09m/46-2.75.

Carlea Miles in the javelin (43.43m/142-6), Anoma in long jump (5.71m/18-9)
Kole Konrade high jump (1.93m/6-4). Slawson in the shot put (second, 15.26m/50-0.75),
Sarah Hines 100m hurdles (second, 14.92),
Jared Belardo long jump (7.32m/24-0.25),
Sidney Sapp high jump (1.63m/5-4.25),
Cory Martens in the discus (52.14m/171-1),
Joseph Holthusen 110m hurdles (14.61), Allen 400m hurdles (55.65), Darby 200m (24.35) and
Zack Penrod in the 800m (1:54.38).

Wichita State will split next week sending the majority of the team to Texas to compete in the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin, and Bobcat Classic in San Marcos. Some of the top distance runners will travel west to compete at the Stanford Invitational in Stanford, Calif.
