2021: Indoor – Ran in three races … Took second in the 200 meters with a time of 25.25 at the Herm Wilson Invitational … Took third in the 400 meters at the Division I Challenge … Took 11th at the Championship at The Peak in the 400 meters with a season-best time of 56.88.Â
Outdoor – Ran in four races … Won her only 400 meters race of the year at the Wichita State Open with a time of 56.94 … Ran in three 200-meter races … Had her best placement in the 200 meters when she finished fourth at the KT Woodman Classic … Ran her season-best time in the 200 meters with a time of 24.67 at the Rock Chalk Classic.
2020: Indoor: Competed at six different meets for the Shockers … Ran the third-best time in school history in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier in her open 400 meters’ debut with a time of 54.87 … Ran in three races and didn’t finish worse than third at the Air Force Challenge, including a win in the 60 meters’ final … Ran a season-best time in the 200 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier with a time of 24.40 … Ran in the 400 meters at the AAC Championships and barely missed out on the final, finishing ninth in the prelims … Led off the 4X400-meter relay team that scored a team point at the AAC Championships.Â

2019: Indoor - Opened the season recording two top-5 finishes at the Hawkeye Invitational, placed second in the 200m (24.99) and fourth as a member of the 4x400m (3:52.89)...Placed third in the Air Force Invitational 200m with a time of 24.79...First cracked the Wichita State 200m top-10 lists winning the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic with a time of 24.40, also was a member of the 4x400 that placed second with the sixth fastest time in Shocker history of 3:44.51...Set a school 200m record on Feb. 15 finishing second in the Arkansas Qualifier with a time of 24.10...Ran a 7.59 60m dash at the American Athletic Conference Championships, the sixth fastest time in Wichita State history. Also a member of the 4x400m team that ran the second fastest time in school history of 3:42.63, finishing fourth at the conference championships.
Outdoor - Ran 23 races between seven meets...Started the outdoor campaign strong winning two golds at the Herm Wilson Invitational in the 200m (24.21) and 4x100m (45.71)...Was a member of the 4x200m squad that clocked in at 1:38.00 at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays...Recorded two first place finishes at the K.T. Woodman Classic as a member of the 4x100m (46.58) and 4x400m (3:52.49)...Had a strong performance at the 92nd Kansas Relays finishing seventh in the finals of the 200m (24.07), second in the 4x100m (45.97) and third in the 4x400 (3:41.86)...Recorded three Shocker all-time top-10 marks at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shoot out on April 26 including a school record as a member of the 4x400m (3:38.21), No. 3 all-time 4x100m (44.98) and No. 4 all-time 200m time of 23.68...Earned all-conference honors as a member of the 4x100m that finished third at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 45.25, also ran in the 4x400m (8th, 3:46.61), 100m (11th, 11.83) and 200m (19th, 24.43)...Was an NCAA West Regional qualifier in the 4x100m (20th, 45.70), 4x400m (22nd, 3:42.10) and 200m (39th, 24.06).
2018: Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Won the 200m at the Shocker Prelude with a time of 25.42, part of the 4x400m that finished first with a time of 3:57.81.
Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Won the 100m (11.91) and 200m (24.63) at the Shocker Open.
High School: Lettered four years in track and field...All-city athlete of the year in 2015 and 2017...Was state champion in the 200m every year of her career...Was part of the first girls state championship team in Millwood history her freshman year, also won the state championship her sophomore and senior season...Set the 200m record at the state championship meet...Personal best- 24.81 in the 200m and 12.18 in the 100m.
Personal: Daughter of Alfonzo McMillian and Tamara Tryon...Has one older sister, Jenifer, and older brother, Alfonzo Jr....Brother played football at Sam Houston...Also recruited by Rogers State University...Majoring in criminal justice and plans to be a homicide detective.
