“We had enough guys step up like we always do. Kyle Wilson stepped up. Sean Ogirri hit  a huge shot. “

“Our defense was pretty good. They just kept making plays when they had to make plays. I thought our defense and rebounding was definitely good enough…Our defense was carrying us.”

Wichita State's Kyle Wilson:

“The second half I was fresh, so I told myself go out there and play as hard as you can.”

“This was a tester game. The first couple of games we coasted through. This was the first time we had to face any adversity this season. They were a good, athletic team.”

“We knew they were a good team from watching film. They had two guards that could really go. They hit some tough shots. I thought we played good defense on them all night; hands in their face.”
