WICHITA, Kan. — Wichita State men's tennis was ranked No. 68 in the final Intercollegiate Tennis Association team rankings of the season Wednesday morning.

The ranking marks Wichita State's first end-of-season ranking since 2021, when the Shockers finished No. 37.

Among American Conference teams, Wichita State was one of six programs to finish the season ranked, joining Rice (No. 49), Charlotte (No. 52), Tulsa (No. 56), South Florida (No. 60) and Memphis (No. 65).
The Shockers finished the season with wins over three ranked opponents: Nebraska, Oklahoma State and Charlotte.

Wichita State appeared in each of the final 10 ITA team rankings of the season and climbed as high as No. 57 on March 24.

The Shockers' 13-10 record marked the program's highest win total and winning percentage in the
Darragh Glavin era. In addition to the team's 10 rankings,
Zaid Al Mashni earned 11 singles rankings, including appearances throughout the entire spring season.
