SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Destiny Masters punched her ticket to the NCAA Outdoor Championships on the final day of the NCAA West Preliminaries with her high jump clearance of 1.82m/5'11.5" Friday at Hornet Stadium.
 
The sophomore from El Dorado, Kan. earned her trip to Austin, Texas on her third attempt, claiming the 12^th and final qualifying slot.
 
Marissa Jensen was just shy of moving on to the next round, clearing 1.77m/5'9.75" to finish 14^th.
 
The Shockers advanced two athletes to the NCAA Championships with Masters and Brady Palen both set to compete in the high jump. Palen will jump Friday, June 9 at 7:30 p.m. and Masters will jump Saturday, June 10 at 7:30 p.m.
