WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State volleyball's 32-match 2021 schedule was officially released by head coach Chris Lamb Friday, Aug. 13.
 
The 2021 docket includes 13 home matches at Charles Koch Arena, highlighted by non-conference tilts against South Dakota (Sept. 17), Wyoming (Sept. 18) and Creighton (Sept. 18) in the Shocker Volleyball Classic Presented by Aspen Heights, as well as the American home opener against defending champion UCF (Oct. 1).
 
Wichita State is scheduled to open its season with Valley-rival Missouri State in the A-State Invitational Aug. 27-28 in Jonesboro, Ark. The Shockers will also face UT Martin and host Arkansas State.
 
On the second weekend of play (Sept. 3-4), the Shockers travel to the SDSU Invite in Brookings, S.D., to face Cal Baptist, Montana and host South Dakota State.
 
On Sept. 10-11, WSU travels to the Kansas Invitational in Lawrence, Kan., to play Kent State, host Kansas and Delaware.
 
The Shockers open up American play on Sept. 24 at Tulane.
