Hutchinson, Kan. - Wichita State will host the
No. 45 Kansas State Wildcats in a match at Prairie Dunes Country Club in
Hutchinson on Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
The Shockers and Wildcats both have been in and out of the
ITA rankings all season. The No.
45 Wildcats have one player- freshman Petra Niedermayerova ranked No. 123 in
the singles rankings. Sunday
will mark the 40th time the two schools have matched up and Kansas
State leads the series 20-19.
Wichita State has played a highly competitive schedule so
far this spring and is 6-6 with the losses coming to highly ranked teams
