WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State Athletics is introducing discounted season tickets and additional benefits for Wichita State University Foundation & Alumni Engagement's Shocker GOLD Alumni Network, which launches on May 28.

The initiative offers access and added value for alumni within ten years of their undergraduate graduation. It is designed to make Shocker Men's Basketball more accessible by providing recent graduates with a cost-effective way to stay connected to campus while enjoying game day experiences at Charles Koch Arena and building lasting connections with fellow GOLD Alumni.

Season ticket memberships for GOLD Alumni are divided into two tiers. Graduates that have graduated within the last five years will be classified into tier one. Graduates that have graduated within the last six to 10 years will be classified into tier two.

Tier one members will have the ability to purchase up to four discounted season tickets in sections 125 and 126. Participants will receive 10 annual priority points that will roll over after program eligibility concludes and two $25 concession gift cards redeemable at any home men's basketball game during the 2026-27 season. Tier one members can also purchase a discounted season green lot parking pass by giving at the ICT level ($316+).

Tier two members will receive discounted upper bowl season tickets, with the ability to purchase up to four seats per account. Additionally, tier two members qualify to receive the annual priority point benefit along with two $25 concessions gift cards.

As part of the program's engagement strategy, Wichita State Athletics will host an annual GOLD Alumni networking event exclusively for all members where they will have the opportunity to gather in one of Charles Koch Arena's premium spaces during a select men's basketball game and foster meaningful connections among peers while strengthening ties to the program.

GOLD Alumni season ticket members who refer other eligible recent graduates will also qualify for additional benefits through the department's newly introduced Referral Incentive program, further encouraging peer-to-peer engagement.

Eligibility for the Shocker GOLD Alumni Network is limited to alumni who have graduated within the past ten years, as verified by the university registrar.

This initiative is part of Wichita State Athletics' ongoing efforts to increase post-graduation fan engagement. By introducing recent alumni to the priority points system and donor structure, the program is designed to strengthen long-term relationships and cultivate the next generation of Shocker supporters.
