WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State men's basketball is one of four teams set to participate in the 2026 Hall of Fame Classic on Friday, Dec. 18, 2026, at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo.

The Shockers will face former Missouri Valley Conference rival, Drake, while the other matchup pits Iowa State vs. Missouri State. Game times, ticket and TV information will be announced soon.

Wichita State will make its second appearance in the Hall of Fame Classic over the last three years. Wichita State defeated Saint Louis in the 2024 Hall of Fame Classic.

The Shockers are coming off a 24-12 campaign in 2025-26, which included a NIT quarterfinal appearance. Wichita State returns 10 letterwinners from last season, including Dillon Battie, Michael Gray Jr., TJ Williams and the American Conference Sixth Man of the Year Will Berg.

Drake is Wichita State's most-played opponent in program history. The two teams have met 152 times with the Shockers owning a record of 104-48 against the Bulldogs.

The 2026 Hall of Fame Classic will mark the event's 26th year of operation in Kansas City, and its second time to be structured as a neutral-site doubleheader.
