Men’s Tennis Ranked No. 67 in Final Regular Season ITA Rankings

WICHITA, Kan. — Wichita State men's tennis ended the regular season ranked No. 67 in Tuesday's ITA rankings.

The Shockers have been ranked for each of the last seven weeks, their longest streak since 2021.

Wichita State has four wins over ranked teams: No. 41 Oklahoma State, No. 53 Charlotte, No. 61 Nebraska and No. 71 Denver.

The Shockers are one of six ranked teams in the American Conference, sitting fifth behind Rice (No. 49), Charlotte (No. 53), Memphis (No. 59) and South Florida (No. 63), and ahead of Tulsa (No. 75).

Additionally, Zaid Al Mashni has been ranked for an eighth consecutive time this season. It marks the longest streak since Haru Inoue was ranked eight straight times in 2017.

Wichita State's next match is in the quarterfinals of the American Conference Championship against No. 4 seed South Florida on April 17 at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
