MARICOPA, Ariz. – The Wichita State men's golf team continues their 2024 spring campaign with a trip to Maricopa, Arizona and Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club to compete in the Wyoming Cowboy Classic.
 
The Shockers are looking to continue to build after a strong showing two weeks ago in the Twin Oaks Intercollegiate, where the Shockers finished as tournament runner-up and senior Blake Lorenz finished one stroke out of first place.
 
"The guys are in good spirits after last week's showing in Missouri," Head Coach Judd Easterling said. "They've been putting in the work and we're going to play the next couple days and be ready to go on Monday."
 
The Shocker lineup remains unchanged for the third straight tournament and no individuals will make the trip.
 
"The field of teams at this tournament will be one of the best fields we've seen all year long," said Easterling. "It's a really good event and golf course that our guys know well."
