Wichita State University baseball will host the annual First Pitch Banquet on Saturday, Jan. 28, in the Aetna Multi-Purpose Facility at Charles Koch Arena.
 
The event begins with a dinner and silent auction at 5:30 PM, with team awards, introductions, and an upcoming season outlook to round out the evening.
 
Interim Head Coach Loren Hibbs, along with his staff -- pitching coach Mike Pelfrey, assistant coach and recruiting coordinator Mike Sirianni, and volunteer assistant coach Conor Behrens, get you caught up on all things Shocker Baseball. Wichita State led the American Athletic Conference with four selections on the Preseason All-Conference team: pitcher Cameron Bye, outfielder Chuck Ingram, designated hitter Payton Tolle and second baseman Brock Rodden, who was tabbed the conference's Preseason Player of the Year.

• Individual ticket: $60 ($20 tax deductible)
