LINCOLN, Neb. -- The Wichita State women's tennis team travels north again this weekend for matches against Creighton and Nebraska and the Sid and Hazel Dillon Tennis Center in Lincoln.

The Shockers (3-2) meet Creighton in a neutral site match at 2 p.m. CT on Saturday then face host Nebraska Sunday morning at 11 a.m.

* The Bluejays are 2-1 with wins over North Dakota (4-3) and Northern Iowa (7-0). Their lone loss came on the road at Nebraska (0-7). They're set to host crosstown rival Omaha on Friday before meeting the Shockers Saturday afternoon.
* WSU is 29-2 all-time against Creighton with 16-straight wins – eight of them under
Colin Foster. The Bluejays' last series victory came in April, 2004. WSU swept last year's dual in Kansas City by a score of 4-0.
* Creighton went 10-6 last year and reached the quarterfinals of the Big East tournament.

The Shockers dropped two of three road matches last weekend while battling injuries and illness, falling 4-2 at Drake and 4-3 to Omaha. They had just five players in the lineup for the latter. The trip ended on a high note with a victory at South Dakota.
Natsumi Kurahashi won a three-set match at No. 1 singles to break a 3-all tie.
