WICHITA, Kan. - No. 34 Wichita State men's tennis has a packed Easter weekend scheduled. The Shockers start on Friday versus No. 48 SMU at 1:00 p.m. and then have an Easter Sunday matchup against No. 28 Pepperdine at noon, both at the Coleman Tennis Complex.

Shocker Notables
- The senior duo of Marius Frosa and Murkel Dellien came in at No. 72 in the ITA Doubles Rankings. This is their 14th overall appearance in the rankings. The duo is 7-3 on the season and 5-0 at home.
- The Shockers came in at No. 34 in the latest ITA Team Rankings. Their wins include knocking off No. 22 Memphis, No. 45 Denver, and SMU.
- Frosa paces the Shockers in singles wins with ten. Nicolas Acevedo, Ray Lo, and Orel Ovil all have nine wins.
- The Shockers are unbeaten at home in seven tries.

SMU (13-11)
- The Mustangs have lost their last two, both to ranked competition in the form of No. 26 UCF and No. 4 Baylor.
- Julian Steinhausen leads the Mustangs with 11 dual match singles wins and Liam Krall has recorded a 10-7 record.
- The teams met earlier in the season, with the Shockers walking away from Dallas with a narrow 4-3 win.

Pepperdine (8-4)
- The Waves have two Top-15 wins and have won their last five matches, including one over No. 5 USC.
- Adrian Oetzbach is ranked No. 52 in singles with a 7-6 record and four wins over ranked opponents. Guy Den Ouden and Oetzbach have a perfect 8-0 record together and are ranked No. 62 in the country.
- The last time the teams met was in 1983 and the Waves hold a 2-0 advantage all time.
