WICHITA, Kan. - No. 34 Wichita State men's tennis swept Creighton to improve their record against them to 30-0 on Friday at the Coleman Tennis Complex.
 
Doubles
The first and third doubles pairs picked up the wins against the Bluejays. Murkel Dellien and Marius Frosa shook off their loss to Tulsa with a 6-3 win over Brown/Hoff.  Alex Richards stepped in to play doubles with Stefan Latinovic and they downed Gandini/Inoue for the clinch, 6-2.
 
Singles
Dellien improved his win-streak to six with a win at No. 1 over Brown, 6-1, 6-0. Frosa followed in his double partners footsteps by beating Lanahan on the second line, 6-1, 6-1.
 
The clinch for the match was provided by Latinovic when he beat Diaz, 6-4, 6-1. He came back down from a 4-3 deficit to win the first set after being up 2-0. Ray Lo played well on the fifth court, 6-0, 6-3, and Nicolas Acevedo improved to 5-3 at No. 4 with a 6-4, 6-2 win. The final match of the day was a win for Luka Mrsic, who had the only three set match of the afternoon, 1-6, 6-4, 6-3.
