NORMAN, Okla. – The Wichita State men's tennis team played their final matches of the ITA Central Regional Championships on Saturday, October 26, in Norman, Oklahoma.

The Shockers picked a total of eight wins over the span of four days at the tournament.

Elio Lago, Orel Ovil, and Marius Frosa all battled hard, but had their tournaments come to an end in the round of 32.

In singles, Ovil added another victory to bring his fall total up to seven wins, which ranks highest amongst his teammates this fall.

 

The team will be back in action on Friday, November 1, as they head to Dallas to compete in the Ralston Neufield Coaches Challenge.
