COLUMBIA, Mo. - Senior Michelle Ledermann (74-80-72 -- 226) and sophomore Hana Mirnik (76-75-73 -- 224) both shot their best round of the week to conclude the Johnie Imes Invitational at the Old Hawthorne Golf Course.
 
Mirnik finished tied for 18th after shooting a 1-over par round to finish 8-over par for the tournament. She had three birdies in the third round and led the team with six during the invitational. Ledermann ended up finishing T-28 after shooting even par, the best round by a Shocker at this tournament.
 
The third round was the best round of the tournament for the Shockers. Four players shot their lowest round of the tournament. Freshman Sarah Lawson (85-89-79 -- 253) improved on her score by 10 strokes and sophomore Chiara Arya (79-89-80 -- 248) improved on her score by nine from the last round.

"We had a better round today. We struggled this week with some little things, but the girls have been coachable. We made some improvements this week, even though the score didn't always reflect that. We're looking forward to the next tournament in Charleston."
