Men's Tennis Concludes Fall in Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS - The Wichita State men's tennis team finished their fall season at the Gopher Invitational at the Baseline Tennis Center.

In singles play, Haru Inoue won four matches while Eddie Stoica and Vitor Mendes each picked up two wins apiece.

In doubles play, Stoica and Mendes partnered to win twice. Inoue and Miroslav Herzan - ranked No. 36 in ITA's national rankings - also won two matches.

The Shockers will open up the spring season with a dual at Tulsa on Jan. 12 at 6 p.m. at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.
