WICHITA, Kan. -- Fans can enjoy an early Thanksgiving-style meal and meet members of the men's and women's basketball teams, Thursday, Nov. 3, at the Shocker Basketball Tipoff Luncheon.

Doors to the Aetna Multi-Purpose Center (inside Charles Koch Arena) open at 11:45 a.m. After lunch is served, head coaches Gregg Marshall and Jody Adams-Birch will introduce their teams and preview the upcoming season.
 
The Shocker men host their first exhibition on Saturday, Nov. 5 against Augusta (Ga.) University on Cox Channel Kansas (Cox HD 2022).
 
The women open with home exhibitions against Newman (7:05 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 2) and Cameron (2:05 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6).
