Student Ticket Information

The Shocker Athletics Ticket Office provides current Wichita State students one free General Admission ticket to all regular-season, home athletic events on a first-come, first-served basis, from the time the tickets are made available, until the time the ticket office sells out.

Online Claim Info
Wichita State Men’s Basketball student tickets are released on a game-by-game basis beginning exactly one week out from each game. Tickets for volleyball, women's basketball, softball, and baseball become available for all games at the start of their season.

Students are encouraged to check their student email for notices about student tickets becoming available or visit the student ticket claim webpage to view all available inventory. Instructions for claiming mobile tickets are outlined below.

In-Person Claims
While mobile claims are highly encouraged, student tickets can still be picked up in-person at the Shocker Athletics Ticket Office in Charles Koch Arena during open business hours (M-F, 9a-5p) as long as tickets are available to be claimed. Tickets can also be claimed at the venue's box office on game days beginning when doors open. Students must show their WSU student I.D. card and will only receive tickets for their own valid card. We will not accept multiple ID's from one student.

Guest Tickets
Student have the choice to purchase up to two guest tickets on top of their free student ticket. Guest ticket prices may fluctuate on a game-by-game basis.

Unclaimed Tickets
Student tickets NOT claimed 48 hours prior to men's basketball game days will be released for purchase by the general public, however, claims can still be made up to an hour after tip-off while supplies last.

How To Claim Tickets Online

1. Access Webpage: Visit GoShockers.com/Tickets and select the "Student Tickets" tab from the main menu

2. Sign In: Click "Sign in with myWSU ID" and log in with your Wichita State University credentials (WSUID@wichita.edu)

3. Select Game(s): Select the game(s) for which you would like to a claim a ticket

4. Claim Ticket(s): Claim your complimentary ticket and, if desired, add guest tickets to your cart as well

5. Complete Order: Once your tickets are added, select "Checkout" and complete your order

6. Ticket Delivery: After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access your tickets. Your tickets are also always available in your student ticket account within the GoShockers app.

7. Add to Wallet: To ensure seamless entry into the event, make sure you save your mobile ticket to your digital wallet for gameday!

8. On Game Day: Enter the venue at any general public entrance to have your student section ticket and any purchased student guest tickets scanned for entry. Find an open seat in the general admission seating area.

NOTE: Please carry your WSU ID with you at all games to verify eligibility for sitting in the student section

For All Other Sports

Regular-season cross country, men's and women's tennis, golf, and bowling events are open to the public and require no ticket for entry.
