The Wichita State men's golf team travels to Manakin-Sabot, Va., for the Janney VCU Shootout, Sept. 22-23.

The 13-team field will be participating in a 54-hole collegiate tournament to be played at the par 72, 6,955-yard Hermitage Country Club, located in Manakin-Sabot, Va.

Joining the Shockers in the tournament are VCU, George Mason, Francis Marion, Iowa State, Maryland, Old Dominion, Richmond, UNC Greensboro, Virginia Tech, Radford, James Madison, and Xavier.

The Shockers are coming off of an eighth place finish at the Ram Masters Invitational in Fort Collins, Colo., Sept. 15-16.  Senior Louis Cohen Boyer finished tied for 17th.
