WICHITA, Kan. – Six Shocker multi-athletes' set personal bests in the decathlon and heptathlon competitions on day two of the KT Woodman Classic. Nikki Larch-Miller and Austin Bahner maintained their leads and won both multi-competitions on Thursday afternoon.

On the women's side, Larch-Miller's javelin throw highlighted the second day of the heptathlon competition. The California native, broker her javelin personal best by more than 11 feet with a 124'-4'' throw.

Sierra Hays posted a total of 4,619 points to set a new personal record in the outdoor heptathlon. Hays put together a solid day two after long jumping 17'-5 ½'', a javelin throw of that measured 111'-11 ¾'', and an 800-meter time of 2:41.19.

Emily Doffing beat her personal record in the heptathlon by two points after totaling 4,385 points. Doffing's highlights came on the first day of competition when she set new personal bests in the 100-meter hurdles (14.79) and the high jump 4'-7 ½''.

Ximena Cazenave was the last heptathlete to set a new personal record. Cazenave earned 4,202 points during the two-day competition. Cazenave from Paraguay, set new personal bests in the long jump and the javelin throw throughout the heptathlon. Her long jump measured 16'-11 ¼'', while her javelin landed at the 100'-7 ½'' mark.

For the men, Bahner posted a score of 7,331 points, which is the top decathlon score in the MVC and ranks eighth in the nation as well.

John Nicholas increased his decathlon score from 5,317 to 6,827 points after setting new personal bests in the 100-meter dash, long jump, 110-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash, javelin throw, and 1,500-meter run.

Drew Johnson scored 6,578 points for a new personal best in the decathlon event. Johnson's highlights include a 10.68 second 100-meter dash, a 16.32 second 110-meter hurdle, and a 4:44.92 1,500-meter.
