TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Wichita State came back to defeat Indiana State in five sets after falling behind two sets to one.  The Shockers (18-6, 11-3) won by scores of 24-26, 25-15, 15-25, 25-11 and 15-4.

Ashlyn Driskill had 12 kills and hit .400, while Elizabeth Field had 12 kills and hit .455.  Chelsey Feekin had nine kills, 37 assists, 12 digs and four blocks, while Emily Adney had 11 kills, 10 digs and seven blocks.  Jackie Church had a team-high 16 digs.

The Shockers took an early 7-3 lead in the first set, but the Sycamores came back to tie it at 10.  The set went back-and-forth until the Shockers used a block by Elizabeth Field and Chelsey Feekin to go in front 16-14.  ISU used a service ace to take a 20-19 lead and reached set point at 24-22.  A kill by Ashlyn Driskill and a block by Feekin tied it at 24, but the Sycamores scored the final two points to win 26-24.

A kill by Emily Adney gave the Shocks a 6-3 lead in the second set and a service ace from Katie Reilly increased the lead to 15-10.  A 4-0 Shocker run made the score 20-13 and WSU won the set 25-15 on a kill from Driskill.

WSU led 5-3 in the third set, but the Sycamores used an 8-0 run to take an 11-5 lead.  ISU cruised from there on the way to a 25-15 win.

The Shockers used a kill by Reilly to go in front 9-3 in the fourth set and the Shockers never looked back in the 25-11 win.

A kill by Ashley Andrade put WSU up 4-0 in the fifth set and a kill by Field increased it to 9-2.  Back-to-back service aces by Gaby Urban made the score 12-2 and WSU won the set 15-4 on a kill by Field.

The Shockers are next in action on Sat., Nov. 3 at Illinois State at 7 p.m.
