Shocks Play Rice on Friday

No. 13 Wichita State (29-1) travels to Austin, Texas, Dec. 5-6, for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament. The Shockers will face Rice (23-7) at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The match will be broadcast on KNSS 1330 AM with Mike Kennedy calling the action.

Wichita State (29-1) travels to the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament in Austin, Texas, Dec. 5-6 at Gregory Gym. Host Texas (25-3) is the No. 3 seed overall in the tournament and will play Lamar (17-11) at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 5. The Shockers will face Rice (23-7) at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, with the winners of each match facing off at 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 6. The Shockers are making their third trip to the NCAA Tournament.
