2019: Indoor - Competed in six meets...Opened the season running a personal best 600m (1:39.61) at the Hawkeye Invitational...Was part of the 4x440yd relay team that won the Air Force Invitational in 3:51.84...Placed second at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic as part of the 4x400m team in 3:44.51, the sixth fastest time in Shocker history...Ran two relays at the American Athletic Conference Championships, earned all-conference honors as part of the championship distance medley relay team that ran the third fastest time in Shocker history of 11:32.19. Also ran part of the 4x400m team that placed fourth in 3:42.63, the second fastest in school history.
Outdoor - Entered seven meets, running in nine relay races...Recorded two top-5 finishes at the Herm Wilson Invitational as a member of the 4x400m team that won in 3:59.69 and the 4x100m team that placed fifth in 49.47...Ran two relays at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, finished ninth as part of the 1600m sprint medley relay in 4:00.01 and 20th as a member of the 4x400m in 3:48.79...Was part of the 4x400m that won the K.T. Woodman Classic in 3:52.49, also competed in the 200m (25.96), 400m (1:01.13) and long jump (4.97m/16-3.75)...Competed in the 92nd Kansas Relays as a member of the 4x400m (3:50.80) and the open 400m (58.61)...Entered three events at the American Athletic Conference Championships, recorded a personal best long jump (25th, 5.18m/17-0), 400m (23rd, 57.73) and eighth as a member of the 4x400m (3:46.61)...Was an alternate for the NCAA West Regional qualifying 4x100m and 4x400m teams.
2018: Indoor - Recorded three top-3 finishes, including a first place finish as part of the 4x400m team that ran 3:57.81 at the Shocker Prelude...Finished second in the 200m (26.05) at the Shocker Prelude and 600m (1:40.78) at the Herm Wilson Invitational.
Outdoor - Ran in seven races, including four top-5 finishes...Ran a 25.74 200m to finish second at the Shocker Open, placed fourth in the 100m with a time of 12.53...Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:08.16) at the Emporia State Relays.
2017: Indoor- Was part of the 4x400m relay team that finished third with a time of 3:53.02 at the WSU, KSU, KU Triangular...Ran 25.62 in the 200m to finish fourth at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Earned all-valley honors as part of the 4x400m team that finished third (3:47.83) at the MVC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor - Ran as part of the 4x400m team that finished second with a time of 3:49.89 at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Finished fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.21 at the K.T. Woodman Classic.
Prairie View A&M: Was 16th in the 400 meters at the 2016 SWAC Championship (59.29)… Helped her 4x100 relay team to fifth at the SWAC Outdoor Championship and her 4x400 relay team to fifth at the SWAC Indoor Championship… Also ran cross country as a freshman, finishing 46th in the SWAC 5K Championship…
Personal Bests: 7.94 in the 60 meters, 25.32 in the 200 meters and 55.86 in the 400 meters.
High School: Attended high school in Gardena, Calif. (Junipero Serra HS), but calls Kansas City home… Lettered in cross country and track and field… Was Cross Country MVP and Del Rey Conference Champion in the400 meters two years (2013/2014)
Personal: Daughter of Arpreil Walker and Kimberly Boyd… Grandfather helped build the Gates Barbecue facilities in Kansas City… Also recruited by UMKC, Alabama State, Missouri, UAB McPherson College, Iowa Western CC and Texas Southern.
