2022-23: Indoor – Competed in six meets, placing top three in four races…Won the 800 meters at the Ichabod Mid-Week Challenge with a meet record time of 1:54.96…Ran a season-best 50.22 in the 400 meters at the Arkansas Qualifier…Earned all-conference recognition for his performance in the third-place distance medley relay at the AAC Indoor Championships, which clocked the fourth-fastest time in program history (9:52.05)…Placed 16^th in the 800 meters at the conference meet with a time of 1:57.67. Outdoor – Competed in eight meets, finishing top three in four races…Ran a personal-best 51.28 in the 400-meter hurdles final at the AAC Outdoor Championships, scoring five points towards the men’s team title and moving up to sixth all-time in Shocker history…Qualified to the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 400-meter hurdles where he placed 31^st with a time of 52.30.

2021-22 (at Tabor College): Placed second in the 600 meters and fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the KCAC Indoor Championships…Earned a ninth-place finish in the 600 meters at the NAIA Indoor Championships…Won the 400-meter hurdles and placed third in the 110-meter hurdles at the KCAC Outdoor Championships…Finished fifth in the 400-meter hurdles at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
 
2020-21 (at Tabor College): Finished second in the 800 meters and third in the 600 meters at the KCAC Indoor Championships…Placed 11^th in the 800 meters at the NAIA Indoor Championships…Won the 400-meter hurdles and finished third in the 110-meter hurdles at the KCAC Outdoor Championships…Placed 10^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
 
2019-20 (at Tabor College): Placed second in the 800 meters and ninth in the 60-meter hurdles at the KCAC Indoor Championships.
 
2018-19 (at Tabor College): Finished third in both the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles at the KCAC Outdoor Championships…Placed 11^th in the 400-meter hurdles at the NAIA Outdoor Championships.
