2014 (Sophomore): Indoor- Set a season best indoor shot put of 34-9 1/2 at the Wichita State Varsity Apartments Invitational, which placed her in sixth. Outdoor- Placed in the top five in all eight events at the KT Woodman Classic, including second place finishes in the long jump, shot put, javelin and heptathlon... Won the 100 hurdles at the ESU Mid-Week Open... Participated in eight events at the MVC Outdoor Championships and placed fourth in the shot put with a throw of 35-8 1/2.

2013 (Freshman): Indoor- Scored a point for the Shockers at the MVC Indoor Championships with an eighth place finish in the pentathlon... Set new personal bests in three of the five pentathlon events (2:40.25 in the 800m, 9.20 in the 60m hurdles, and 17-1 ¼ in the long jump) to score a PR of 3,163 points at the conference meet. Competed in six meets for the Shockers. Outdoor: Scored a personal best of 4,056 points at the MVC Outdoor Championships to finish 10th... Finished a season best eighth in the high jump at the Track-It-Buster Invitational (4-9). Set a personal best of 104-3 in the javelin throw at the Track-It-Buster Invitational.

High School: Placed second in the 100m high hurdles at the Kansas State Meet in 2011... Finished in  the top 10 in the 300 High Hurdles and Triple Jump... Took fifth in the long jump... Reached the state meet on three occasions in high school... Helped the Owls to two Regional Championships... In basketball was named second-team all-league and 3A honorable mention Wichita Eagle.

Personal: Born Jan. 14, 1994 in Wichita, Kan... Daughter of Andy and Michelle Hays... Has two sisters, named Courtney and Taylor.
