2009 (JUNIOR): Ran in all six meets for the Shockers during the season...Captured JK Gold Classic title with a time of 18:53...Had four other top-25 finishes on the year including an eight place finish at the Woody Greeno Invitational (25:29)...Was 15th at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, clocking in at 25:40...Finished 24th at the MVC Championships (27:37)...Top Shocker across the line at the NCAA Pre-National meet (25:48).
2008 (SOPHOMORE): Ran in three races during the season...Had a season-best finish of 21st at MVC Championships (26:04)...Clocked in at 25:40 at the Cowboy Jamboree to place 37th.

2011 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Ran a personal best 14:55.58 in the 5,000-meter run at the MVC Championships -- a time that ranked on the WSU all-time list...Finished a season-high third in the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Classic with a time of 2:02.89...Ran a personal best 1:59.24 in the 800 meters at the Shocker Quad and Multi...Set a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic (8:40.47)...OUTDOOR - Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the BCS Buster Invitational with a time of 9:15.12...Finished fourth at the MVC Championships in the event with a time of 9:28.74...Finished a season-high fourth in the 5,000 meters at the K.T. Woodman Classic with a time of 15:11.73.
2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Had a personal best time of 15:00.93 in the 5000m run at the Iowa State Classic, placing seventh...Was third in the mile at the Shocker Quad with a time of 4:21.33...Finished fifth in the 3000m run at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 8:43.23...Ran a personal best time of 2:01.15 to come in third in the 800m run at the WSU Invitational...OUTDOOR - Set personal bests in four races during the year...Was second overall and moved into the WSU record books in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 8:57.11...Won the 5,000m run at the K.T. Woodman Classic (15:03.26)...Won the 3,000m steeplechase title at the Bobby Lane/UT-Arlington Invitational with a time of 9:22.25...Set a personal best in the 1,500m run with a time of 4:02.54 at the Sooner Invitational, placing fourth.
2009 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Ran in four meets during season, finishing seventh at Nebraska Tune-Up in 3000m with a time of 8:48.13...Came in 12th at MVC Indoor Championships in 5000m (15:07.56)...OUTDOOR - Set personal bests in four different events...Won the 3000m steeplechase at the Nebraska Quad, clocking in at 9:22.62...Placed fourth and set personal best in 3000m steeplechase at MVC Outdoor Championships (9:15.85) to finish fourth...Came in fourth in 5000m run at KT Woodman Classic...Had a pair of fifth place finishes in 3000m steeplechase at Kansas Relays (9:40.55) and Oregon Relays (9:18.52).
Jacksonville (Ala.) State (Freshman): Earned all-conference honors in the Ohio Valley for his fifth-place finish at the OVC Championships as a freshman...Also earned Freshman of the Year honors and helped the Gamecocks to a second-place team finish.
Luciel Pedagogic Secondary School: Won the Romanian national championship in the 3000m and 10,000m in 2005...Also won the national championship in the 10,000m in 2006...Had cross country bests of 14:45 for 5K and 24:34 for 8K.
