2018: Indoor - Won the Shocker Multi heptathlon with 5,998 points, a school record at the time...Recorded two second place finishes at the KSU/KU/WSU Triangular, in the 60m hurdles (8.17) and pole vault (5.05m/16-6.75)...Won the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge 60m hurdles with the fifth fastest time in Shocker history of 7.94...Won the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic 60m hurdles with a time of 7.97...Competed in six events at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, finishing third in the 60m hurdles (8.03) earning all-conference honors, fourth in the long jump (7.40m/24-3.5), sixth in the pole vault (4.94m/16-2.5), seventh in the 4x400m (3:20.04) and eighth in the high jump (1.96m/6-5)...Finished second at the NCAA Indoor Championships hepathlon with a school record score of 6,090 points. Outdoor - Won the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays decathlon with a school record score of 8,046 points...Placed second in the high jump (1.98m/6-6) at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Won the Central Missouri Mule Relays 110m hurdles with a time of 14.34...Placed fifth in the long jump (7.62m/25-0) at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships...Withdrew after three events at the NCAA Outdoor Championships due to injury.
2017: Indoor - Won the high jump with a mark of 6-10.25/2.09m at the Bill Easton Classic...Jumped 25-0/7.62m to win the long jump at the WSU/KU/KSU Triangular...Won the heptathlon with 5,777 points at the Jack Jennett Open...Was the long jump (25-6.25/7.78m) and heptathlon (5,813) champion at the MVC Indoor Championships...Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships finishing ninth with 5,760 points. Outdoor - Won the decathlon at Sam Adams Combined Events invitational with 7,610 points...Was part of the 4x400m team that ran 3:12.97 to finish first at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Won the long jump (24-0.75/7.55m) and 200m (21.48) at the Shocker Open...Earned all-valley honors finishing first in the long jump (25-0/7.62m), third in the triple jump (49-5/15.06m) and javelin (182-2/55.53m)...Finished 27th in the long jump (24-7/7.49m) at the NCAA West Preliminaries round...Placed sixth with a personal best 7,866 in the decathlon at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2016: Indoor: Did not compete while recovering from injury. Outdoor: Placed in the top 10 in four events, including the Decathlon title... Was also sixth in the long jump, eighth in the high jump and 10th in the pole vault... Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims and was 24th in the long jump.
2015: Indoor: Won the Heptathlon at the MVC Championship and set his personal best with 5,260 points which ranks ninth all-time at WSU... Was also seventh in the high jump and 11th in the long jump at the MVC Championship. Outdoor: Competed in the Shirley Crowe Multis and the Sac State Mondo but did not finish the season due to injury.
2014: Competed in 17 events... Placed fourth in the long jump, fifth in the Heptathlon, 10th in the High Jump and 12th in the triple jump at the 2014 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships... Set five previous personal bests at the Championships: Heptathlon (5086), Discus (11.96M), Triple Jump (7.26M), Pole Vault (2.08M), 110 Hurdles (8.69).Â
High School: Lettered in cross country, basketball, and track and field for Cheney High School…Holds CHS records in high jump, long jump, and triple jump... High School personal bests included: 6-9 in the high jump, 23-0 1/2 in the long jump, 46-9 in the triple jump, and 187-4 in the javelin throw.
Personal: Son of Doug and Donna Veith... Has a brother, Casey, and one sister, Sabrina... Also recruited by Pitt State... Majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
