Biography
2013 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR- Ran the 800m race at four meets for the Shockers. Finished with a season best time of 1:58.41 at the Adidas Classic. Placed a season best 12th at the Adidas Classic. OUTDOOR- Raced his way a personal best of 1:56.78 in the 800m run to finish fourth at the Arkansas Spring Invitational. Competed in four meet for the Shockers during the 2013 outdoor season.
South Carolina Upstate: Ran the 800m and 4x400m relay for the Spartans.
Sebastian River High School: Placed 6th in the 800m race at the Florida 3A State Meet as a senior. Won the district championship in his final two years at Sebastian River. Received the Outstanding Relay Runner Award and the Team MVP Award as a senior. Qualified for state as a junior and earned the team's Top Distance Runner Award.
Personal: Son of Darren Woodruff and Nancy Gomez.
