2022-23: Cross Country – Raced in all five meets for the Shockers…Opened his season with a second-place finish at the JK Gold Classic…Broke the Wichita State 8K record with his fourth-place performance at the Bradley Pink Classic…Earned all-conference honors, placing fifth at the AAC Championships, the highest individual conference finish in the Kirk Hunter era…Earned all-region honors with an 18
th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional.Â
Indoor – Competed in five meets…Ran the second-fastest 5,000 meters in school history to place second at the Husker Invite in 14:08.35…Recorded the third-best 3,000-meter time in program history at the Ichabod Invitational, running 8:09.34 to finish third…Ran a personal best in his only mile race of the season, clocking 4:11.65 to place third at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular…Scored six points at the AAC Indoor Championships, finishing fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:09.89 and eighth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:10.42.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Recorded the fifth-fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase time in Shocker history with a time of 8:45.98 at the Drake Relays…Finished top three in four races…Scored 11 points towards the Shocker men’s second-straight team title at the AAC Outdoor Championships, earning all-conference recognition for his second-place finish in the steeplechase and placing sixth in the 5,000 meters…Qualified to his first NCAA West Preliminaries where he finished 27
th in the 3K steeplechase with a time of 8:49.90.
2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in all six races for Wichita State … Earned four top-15 finishes … Opened his season as the highest placing Shocker in the JK Gold Classic with a sixth-place finish … Raced to his best finish of the season at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite, placing second with a time of 24:20.20 … Earned all-conference honors at the AAC Championships with his 14
th-place finish, helping his team to a second-place result … Capped his season by placing 33
rd at the NCAA Midwest Regionals with a 10k time of 31:14.77.Â
Indoor – Competed in five meets…Won the 3,000 meters at the Triangular…Placed in the top five in five out of six races…Placed fifth in the 5,000 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships to score four points for the team.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Placed eighth at the Hayward Premiere and 10
th at the Drake Relays in the 3k Steeplechase…Won the 3k Steeplechase at the AAC Outdoor Championships and placed eighth in the 5,000 meters to score 11 points for the team.
2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Scored in both meets for the Shockers … Took 12th at the JK Gold Classic … Placed 22nd at the AAC Championships, crossing the line second for the Shockers.Â
Indoor – Ran in two races … Took second in the 5,000 meters at the Division I Challenge with a time of 14:36.77 … Took eighth at the Championship at The Peak in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:07.81.Â
Outdoor – Ran in seven races … Took fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the AAC Championships, barely missing out on all-conference honors … Took 10th in the 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Ran his season’s best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the John McDonnell Invitational with a time of 9:03.36 … Had his season-best race in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:28.18 at the Rock Chalk Classic.
2019-20: Cross Country -Â Did not compete in a Wichita State uniform.Â
Indoor - Ran at five meets for Wichita State … Won the 5,000 meters at the Husker Invitational … Finished ninth at the AAC Championships in both the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters … Ran his lone Mile at the Jayhawk Classic and finished fifth ... Competed in an elite field at the Iowa State Classic in the 3,000 meters and took 28th … Took third in the 3,000 meters at the Triangular.Â
Outdoor -Â 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - Made an immediate impact on the cross country team as one of the top runners for the Shockers...Finished five races, including three top-35 finishes...Led the Shockers as the top finisher at the Pre-Nationals 8K race finishing 124th overall with a personal best 25:13.6...Placed 18th at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a time 28:31.19...Finished 67th in 32:25.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional 10K.
Indoor - Ran in one meet, finishing with a personal best 3000m time of 8:49.89 at the Pitt State Invitational on Jan. 26.
Outdoor - Redshirted and did not compete.
Lindenwood University: An All-MIAA runner and helped the team win a MIAAÂ Championship ... competed in five races ... became one of the team's top runners at the end of the season, finishing second on the squad at the conference meet and led the team at regionals ... finished eighth overall at the MIAA Championships, and was 26th at the NCAA Regionals ... had a season-best time of 25:42 in a 8,000m race.

High School: A four-time Missouri All-State selection in cross country and track ... the Washington Scholar-Athlete of 2016-17 ... holds the school record in the 1,600m (4:20.41), 3,200m (9:19.49), and the 2,000m steeplechase (6:32.48) ... other top times include a cross country 5,000m time of 15:44.33, a mile mark of 4:17.85, and a 800m mark of 2:01.34.
