Appeared in 52 of the Shockers 57 games... Had 41 starts on the year, including 38 in right field, two in left, and one as the designated player... Picked up 20 hits, one double, one triple, one home run, 10 RBI, and 14 runs scored in 139 at bats... Finished the season with a .953 fielding percentage with 37 putouts, four assists, and just two errors... Went 1-for-2 in the Shockers’ win against St. John’s... Finished the North Texas Tournament with a .286 batting average, including four hits, two RBI, and a run scored... Went 2-for-4 against UTEP with an RBI and a run scored... Went 1-for-3 against #20 Oklahoma State... Recorded a career high four RBI and hit her first career triple while going 2-for-5 at the plate in the win against Western Illinois on March 23... Went 1-for-3 and hit her first double of the season as she picked up the game-tying RBI and scored the winning run in the win against Illinois State on March 26... Hit a walk-off home run to lead the Shockers in a come-from-behind victory over Drake on April 9... Scored the go-ahead run in the Shockers’ eighth inning, 5-3, win over Bradley on May 7.
As a Freshman in 2010:
Appeared in 47 games with 24 starts as the designated player and one in right field... Hit .197 with 61 at bats, 12 hits, two doubles, two RBI, and eight runs scored...Finished the season with a .230 slugging percentage and .222 on base percentage.. Had two hits against Evansville and two RBI against Kansas.

Attended Lake Dallas High School in Lake Dallas, Texas… Played under head coach Christin Thompson… Earned four letters in softball… Hit .400 for the Falcons and averaged two stolen bases per game… Was named second-team all-District 9-4A all four seasons… Named first-team all-Academic District 9-4A in 2008 and 2009… Two-time District 9-4A Defensive Player of the Year...
