As a junior... Produced a 74.50 stroke average over 11 events in his first season as a Shocker… Tied for seventh at the Herb Wimberly Invitational (71-72-68=211) to close the fall season… Recorded two other top-20 finishes: Shocker Invitational (70-71-71=212, t-11^th) and Oak Hills Invitational (73-73-74=220, t-18^th)… Tied for 51^st at the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional (83-76-74=233), where secured WSU’s best scores in the second and third rounds.

Before he was a Shocker... Competed for two seasons at Texas Tech, culminating in a tie for 4^th at the Big 12 Championships as a sophomore in 2011... Finished fourth on the team with a 74.5 stroke average over the spring and fall seasons... Finished 10^th at the UTSA/Oak Hills Invitational in Spring 2011... Tied for 24^th at the Aggie Invitational in Spring 2011, helping Texas Tech to a third-place finish... Finished 18^th at the Adams Cup of Newport, recording a low-round 69 in the final round... Prepped at North High School in Edmond, Okla. where he tied for first in the 2009 Oklahoma Class 6A Tournament... won the AJGA Valero Texas Open Junior Shootout... posted six Top 10 finishes in AJGA play... Won five tournament his senior season... posted 70.1 scoring average over high school career.

Personal... Chandler Mitchell Rusk was born July 30, 1991 in Wellington, Kan... Son of Jennifer and Mitch Rusk... Has one older sister, Kelsey... Majoring in Exercise and Sports Science at WSU.
