At WSU: Sat out the 2012-13 season per NCAA transfer rules.
2011-12 (Louisiana-Lafayette - Junior): Kadeem started 30 games as a junior, averaging 9.5 points and 4.9 rebounds... His 9.5 points per game were tied for second on the team… Made 56.1 percent of his shots and 50 percent of his free throws… He led the Sun Belt Conference in shooting percentage and ranked second in blocks at 2.4 a game… Had 73 blocks in 31 games… Scored double-figures 15 times, including a career-high 20 against Central Florida… Also had a career-high 11 boards at Duquesne… Led team in scoring seven times, and rebounding three times... Also was ranked 23rd in the NCAA in blocked shots.
Junior College: Attended Odessa (Texas) College and Daytona (Fla.) State College before Louisiana-Lafayette… As a freshman at Odessa, he averaged 1.7 points and 2.7 rebounds in limited time... Spent sophomore season at Daytona State College and played 32 games, shooting 53 percent and averaged 10.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game…Received first team All-Mid-Florida Conference honors…Ranked fifth in Region VIII in blocked shots per game (2.4) and eighth in rebounds (8.1).
High School: As a prep senior at Christian Life Academy in Humble, Texas, averaged 12.0 ppg, 10 rpg and 2.0 bpg… Began his prep career in the Bahamas before relocating to Humble, Texas… Also a member of the Bahamian Junior National Team, and Senir National Team in 2012.
Personal: Son of Dwight Coleby and Annabell Mass… Has two brothers, Dwight Coleby and Pedro Moss; and three sisters, Dwikita Coleby, Holly Mass and Shakera Johnson… Born Nov. 8, 1989... Earned Bachelors degree in General Studies-Sociology... Majoring in Ethnic Studies.
