2014-15 (Senior): The team’s only returning post player with significant Division I playing time will look to build on an impressive second half to last season… Honed his skills over the summer by traveling with Athletes in Action on an exhibition tour of Latvia and Estonia, coached by former WSU assistant Mike Rohn… Also attended the Nike Big Man Camp…

2013-14 (Junior): Became the latest in a line of junior college transfers to experience success as WSU, chipping in 7.9 points and 4.5 rebounds in just over 18 minutes per game to earn in a spot on the Missouri Valley Conference’s All-Bench and All-Newcomer teams… Appeared in 35 of the 36 games with six starts… Tied for second on the team with 28 blocks… Turned the ball over just 16 times in 638 minutes of action… Was the only player from outside the big four of Baker/Cotton/Early/VanVleet to lead the team in scoring, netting 19 in a Dec. 22 win over NC Central… Hit his stride in the final month of the regular season, with six of his nine double-digit scoring games coming after Feb. 1… Named MVC Newcomer of the Week twice in February: Averaged 14 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 blocks in two games to win the honor for the week of Feb. 21-27, and averaged 9.5 points and 4.0 boards over two contests during the week of Feb. 3-9… Paced the team in rebounding six times, stepping up with a career-high 14 boards on Dec. 14 to help WSU take down Tennessee at INTRUST Bank Arena…

Junior College: Became the fifth NJCAA All-American to sign with Wichita State since 2010 when he inked a letter of intent in the spring of 2013 out of Vincennes (Ind.) University… Was ranked the 10th-best JUCO recruit in the nation at the time by jucorecruiting.com… LeBron James tweeted at him after signing: “Congrats to my lil cuz on the achievement. On to the next journey.”… As a sophomore at Vincennes in 2012-13, tied for the team lead at 15.8 points per game on 54 percent shooting… Led the team in rebounding (8.3) and blocked shots, swatting away 70 attempts in 37 games… Led the team in scoring 17 times, including a season-high 31 points against Lake Land CC – an effort that also came with 21 rebounds… Topped 20-points 10 times and exceeded the 30-point plateau twice… Helped the Trailblazers to a 33-4 record and a fourth-place finish at the NJCAA Division I National Tournament in Hutchinson, Kan… One of two Vincennes players named to the NJCAA All-Tournament team, after scoring 78 points (19.5 ppg) and grabbing 32 rebounds in four games…As a freshman, recorded 17 double-figure scoring games, averaging 11.6 points and 8.4 rebounds per contest, while shooting 53.6 percent from the field…

High School: Played basketball at Firestone HS for Dave Wojcik… Earned All-City Series honors, in addition to being named the All-Northeast Ohio District and All-Ohio teams... Averaged 23 points, 14 rebounds and five blocks per game his senior season at Firestone.
