2010 (SENIOR): Competed in five races for the Shockers during the season...Was a season-best 15th two times during the year including the J.K. Gold Classic (14:48.27) and at the Iowa Invitational (10:59.50)...Was 31st at the MVC Championships, crossing the line in a time of 18:51.68.
2009 (JUNIOR): Ran in four races during the season for the Shockers...Placed a season best 14th at the JK Gold Classic, crossing the line in a time of 15:15...Was 34th at the Woody Greeno Invitational, finishing the 6K course in a time of 22:37...Was 42nd at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational, crossing the line in 19:03.
2008 (SOPHOMORE): Injured, did not compete.
2007 (FRESHMAN): Ran in four races during the season...Placed a season best ninth at the Butler County [Kan.] CC Invitational with a two-mile time of 12:19.64...Placed 37th with a season-best 4K time of 15:35.48 at the Hawkeye invite...Finished 64th at the Cowboy Jamboree (19:58) and 133rd at the Bradley Classic (24:40).
2006 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted, did not compete.
Track and Field
2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Had a season best finish of eight at the adidas Classic in the 1000m run, clocking in with a time of 3:11.32...Was ninth in the mile at the Shocker Quad (5:20.11)...Came in 11th in the 1000m run, crossing the line in 3:16.68 at the WSU Invitational...OUTDOOR - Came in third in the 1500m run at the Sooner Open with a personal best time of 4:53.71...Set a new PR in the 3000m run at the Sooner Invitational (10:48.88) to place fourth.
2009 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Finished sixth in 1000m run at Nebraska Tune-up (3:06.30)...OUTDOOR - Had a season best and personal best place and time in the 800m run at the Sooner Twilight, coming in sixth with a time of 2:23.56...Set new personal best in 1500m (4:56.37) at the KT Woodman Classic, finishing 11th.
2008 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Placed 10th at the adidas Classic in the 1000m, clocking a time of 3:09.12...Placed 65th at the Iowa State Classic in a personal-best mile time of 5:19.03...OUTDOOR - Competed in only one meet outdoors, placing 29th in the 1500m at the Kansas Relays (5:09.49).
2007 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted both indoor and outdoor season.
