Cross Country
2015 Cross Country:  Finished 16th at the MVC Championship with a 17:38.9 in the 5K race… Also ran a 22:18.7 in the 6K Midwest Regional to finish 112th… Also finished seventh at the J.K. Gold Classic (14:54.5) and the Woody Greeno (22:48.0)… Â
2014:Â Competed in six meets, including the MVC Championship 5k, where she finished 43rd with a time of 18:32.16, and the NCAA Regional 6k where she finished 110th with a time of 21:51.9... Her high finish was sixth at the J.K. Gold Classic (4k, 14:04.35)
2013:Â High finish was at the Butler County Triangular where she ran the 3K in 11:56.15... Finished 19th at the JK Gold Classic with a time of 15:18.55 in the 4K and 14th at the Woody Greeno Invitational with a time of 22:55.40 in the 6K... Finished 48th at the MVC Championship and 144th at the NCAA Midwest Regional... Named an MVC Commissioner's Academic Excellence Award winner.
2012: Redshirted and ran as an unattached runner in three races...Had a time of 15:47.69 at the JK Gold Classic...Posted a time of 20:21.27 at the OSU Jamboree...Finished the McPherson Invite by crossing the finish line at 19:35.1.
2011: Competed in four meets for the Shockers...Finished in the top-25 twice during the season...Finished 20th at the JK Gold Classic in 15:19.76 and finished 21st in the ESU Invitational (19:13.11).
Track & Field
2015 (Junior): Indoor- Finished 10th in the Mile at the MVC Championship with a time of 5:37.20... Scored in the Distance Medley Relay for WSU with a seventh-place finish and time of 12:18.54. Outdoor- Scored in the MVC Championship 3000m steeplechase with a fifth-place finish in 11:14.42... Set her personal best in the steeplechase with a time of 10:40.69 in the Sac State Mondo Challenge... Named to the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team.
2014 (Sophomore): Indoor- Posted her season best indoor time in the mile at the Nebraska Tune Up with a time of 5:10.10... Third place finish at the Herm Wilson in the 3,000 meters and fourth place finish in the mile. Outdoor- Won the 3,000 steeplechase at the SFA Skecher's Carl Knight Invitational... First place finish in the 5,000 meters at the KT Woodman with a season best time of 17:56.93.
2013 (Freshman): Indoor- Posted a season best time of 5:10.90 in the mile at the Varsity Apartments Invitational... Set a new personal record in the 3,000m at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 10:44.76... Competed in the mile and the 3,000m run at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships for the Shockers.  Outdoor: Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Track-It-Buster Invitational with the seventh fastest time in Shocker history (11:14.45)... Placed third in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational with a then PR of 11:19.91... Ran a personal best of 4:52.22 in the 1,500m run at the Skechers SFA Alumni Invitational... Finished 10th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championships (11:39.02).Â
2012 (Freshmen): Indoor - Did not compete. Outdoor - Did not compete.
High School: Finished third in the 2010 women's 1,500 steeplechase at the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations Track and Field Championships... Her personal bests were 4:45 (1,500) and 5:05.33 (1,500 steeplechase), 7:23 (2,000 steeplechase) and 10:32 (3,000).
