2011 (SENIOR): Finished a season-best eighth place two times -- in the JK Gold Classic and at the Bradley Classic...Ran a season-best 8K time of 24:42 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational...Finished 27th at the MVC Championships and ran at the NCAA Midwest Regional...Named MVC Cross Country Scholar-Athlete.

2010 (JUNIOR): Ran in only one race due to injury...Finished 38th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 26:48.29.

Track & Field:

2012 (SENIOR) - INDOOR - Did not compete; OUTDOOR - Ran in two meets for the Shockers, competing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Finished second in 9:39.67 at the Track-It Buster Invitational.

2011 (JUNIOR) - INDOOR - Set a personal best in the 800 meters at the Herm Wilson Classic with a time of 2:03.47. He finished fourth overall in the event...Finished a season-best third in the mile at the Herm Wilson Classic (4:27.94)...OUTDOOR - Did not compete.

2010: INDOOR - Won the MVC Championship and moved into the WSU all-time list with a personal best time omf 14:32.02 in the 5000m run...Captured the mile title at the Shocker Quad with a personal best time of 4:19.81...Came in second at the Nebraska Tune-Up in the 3000m run, clocking in with another personal record time of 8:35.56...OUTDOOR - Redshirted, did not compete.

Personal: Born April 14, 1986 in Eldorat, Kenya...Has two siblings...Majoring in nursing.
