Wichita State opened its 36,000-square foot Student-Athlete Success Center in October 2020. The facility is devoted to the academic and athletic development of students in Wichita State's sports programs.

The two-level building, located just south of Charles Koch Arena, features a 2,500-square foot study hall, tutoring rooms, a larger computer center, offices for the men's and women's golf coaches, a photo studio and other offices and meeting rooms for staff.

The Student-Athlete Success Center also houses the Wichita State Track & Field and Cross Country teams. The programs now have their own locker room with a team lounge and state-of-the-art weight room.

Wichita-based construction firm Hutton was awarded the $13.8 million contract for the Wichita State University project.
