WICHITA – Wichita State track and field heads across town for the Friends Spring Open Wednesday through Friday at Adair Austin Stadium
 
The meet, originally scheduled to run Thursday through Saturday got moved up a day due to inclement weather. The majority of the original day three events will now take place on Wednesday. Events begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 10 a.m. on Thursday, and noon on Friday.
 
The javelin group plans to throw Friday at the Midwest Classic hosted by Emporia State.
