RIO VERDE, Ariz. – The Wichita State women's golf team continues its 2025 spring campaign on Friday, February 21, at Quail Run Golf Course in the Rio Verde Invitational, hosted by Western Michigan.
The Shockers are looking to build off a solid third-place finish at the Texas State Invitational. It was the best finish for the team so far this season. Both
Brooklyn Benn and
Mackenzie Wilson recorded top ten finishes on the individual leaderboard, with Benn tying for fourth and Wilson tying for ninth. Both were season-best finishes for the juniors.
With their third-place finish, the Shockers moved up three spots in the Clippd rankings to No. 179.s
