TEMPE, Ariz. – Five women's tennis players earned ITA Scholar-Athlete honors, and the 2023-24 Shockers earned an ITA All-Academic Team Award for their academic efforts in the 2023-24 school year.
2024-25 Shockers
Anne Knuettel,
Kristina Kudryavtseva, and
Theodora Chantava earned the honor, while recently graduated Shockers
Jessica Anzo and
Natsumi Kurahashi garnered honors as well.
In addition to the individual awards, the Shockers were also honored as an ITA All-Academic Team for having a team GPA above 3.20 for the 2023-24 academic year.
Across NCAA Division I, 1,573 women's tennis student-athletes received ITA Scholar-Athlete honors and 255 women's tennis teams garnered All-Academic Team awards.
