FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Wichita State track and field wraps up the regular indoor season at the Arkansas Qualifier Friday at the Randal Tyson Track Center.
 
Chidera Okoro joined the 40-foot club in the triple jump, jumping a personal-best 12.21m/40'0.75" to place fifth.
 
Two Shockers made the 60-meter hurdles final with Jaleel Montgomery finishing seventh in 7.89 in the men's race and Kate Campos running 8.70 to place eighth after clocking 8.61 in the prelim.
 
In the 60 meters, Miya Evans matched her personal best of 7.70 in the prelim to advance to the final where she finished sixth with a time of 7.73.
 
Brady Palen cleared 2.10m/6'10.75" in the high jump to place third to wrap up the meet.
 
The Shockers compete at the American Athletic Conference Championships Feb. 23-24 in Birmingham, Ala.
