NEW ORLEANS - Wichita State women's golf completed its first spring tournament with a 17th place finish at the Tulane Classic presented by Chad Brownstein.
The Shockers finished the three-day tournament at 139-over par, and a total score of 1,003.
Louisa Brunt was the top finisher, tying for 47th at 22-over par, 238.
Megan Lucas tied for 82nd with a total score of 252 (+36).
Sarah Lawson placed 87th at 41-over par and one spot behind was
Kenni Henson at 42-over par.
Chiara Arya posted a 50-over par to place 91st.
Wichita State has a week off before traveling to Rio Verde, Ariz. for the Rio Verde Invitational, Feb. 25-27.
