NEW ORLEANS - Wichita State women's tennis ended its final road trip of the year by beating Memphis, 4-2, and losing to Tulane, 4-0, over the past two days.

Quotes from the Coach
Head Coach Colin Foster
"Tulane played well today, so we give them credit. Yesterday was a fantastic win at Memphis, and I'm super proud of the way this team has stayed committed and determined in the face of some difficult results early on. Today was good preparation for matches on consecutive days in hot and humid conditions, which is what we will see next week. Despite the result, we're playing our best tennis of the season. We'll have a few days to rest and recover, and then we're looking forward to the conference tournament."

Up Next
The team has a week off to rest and prepare for The American Championships from April 21-24 at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Fla. The bracket has yet to be announced for the conference tournament.
