TULSA, Okla. - 41'st ranked Wichita State men's tennis was unable to top No. 40 Tulsa, but they picked up a win over UTSA at the Case Tennis Center over the weekend.

The Shockers return home for a four-match home stretch. They host Creighton on March 26th, Denver on March 27th, and UT Arlington on March 29th.

Doubles
The Shockers had great performances on all three doubles courts. The point came in the form of 6-3 wins from the duos of Orel Ovil/Luka Mrsic and Stefan Latinovic/Nicolas Acevedo.
 
Singles
Quick wins on the second and sixth lines propelled the Shockers in singles play. Murkel Dellien beat S. Rodriguez, 6-0, 6-1, and Luka Mrsic beat J. Rodriguez, 6-1, 6-1. The clinch came from Orel Ovil at four with a win over Breitbach, 6-2, 6-3.

Luka Mrsic and Orel Ovil have played well together as a duo and had their best performance together versus Tulsa. They won convincingly versus the Tulsa 2's, 6-0. The Golden Hurricanes won the other two courts to take the point.
 
Singles
Murkel Dellien and Luka Mrsic once again brought energy in singles play for the Shockers. Dellien won his fifth match in a row with a win over Santalla, 7-5, 6-2, in the second line and Mrsic won his second in a row with two 6-2 sets at six.
 
Nicolas Acevedo fought hard in the first set and forced a tiebreak, but he was unable to keep the same intensity in the second and lost, 7-6 (8-6), 6-3.
