Final Results

GREENVILLE, S.C. - The Wichita State men's golf team finished in 11th position at the Furman Invitational with three Shockers finishing inside the top-50 leaderboard.

Conrad Walcher led Wichita State from the first tee, eventually finishing tied for 22nd after carding 76 in round three. A 71 in round two helped Walcher finish at 219 overall.

Gage Ihrig and Adrien Michellod both finished three strokes behind Walcher with 222 and tied for 32nd. Ihrig carded identical scores of 73 in the opening two rounds while Michellod shot his best score of 70 in round three.

Erik Angesten rounded out the Shocker lineup after Yannik Emmert withdrew after round two with Angesten finishing in 117th with 242. 

The Shockers now look to the Wyoming Cowboy Classic held in Chandler, Ariz., April 9-10 at the Whirlwind Golf Course.
